I felt really reassured about the staff awareness of cross contamination/ separate fryer, and that kitchen use separate chopping boards and utensils, also that they make kitchen aware of gluten free order specially. The cakes look amazing too Would be good if they looked into doing a loyalty scheme for hot drinks in the future as we often go to the Mettricks (Town) ”
“ Only went in for a quick coffee and then followed it with a craft beer later on! Very lively place full of locals. It’s noisy by the bar downstairs of an evening and pretty cramped, but it’s roomy and quieter upstairs with proper seats and tables. For both coffee and beer this is a great spot and a southampton chain that is worth visiting! I had a gingerbread latte and the dark chocolate mocha is a favourite of my friends! ”
